It has been a good while since I last updated my blog site, so I thought it was a good time to bring you all up to speed with everything that has been happening at Emma Wilsher Photography. Over the past few months, I have been extremely busy developing the business, meeting lots of lovely new clients, welcoming back returning clients & implementing some great new services too! Some clients may already know about these new changes, but for those of you who don’t please let me explain more.
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
So earlier on this year we implemented a brand new Online Booking System. We wanted to make booking a session with us easy & accessible for our clients. The online system now allows clients to see all our available sessions online at the click of a button. It also allows clients to book a session on a preferred available date & at a time that can suit you (within our opening hours), in addition to that you are also able to pay for the session online in advance too which is great! So far we have had some great feedback about the new system & we hope that all our clients new & old will benefit from it when booking a session with us in the future.
ONLINE SHOPPING CART
Another change that we are pleased about this year is our new online shopping cart system. We wanted clients to be able to have an enjoyable experience when viewing & ordering their images. For this reason we decided to change to a far superior system than the old one. The new system allows clients to purchase digital files directly online & for you to download those files just minutes after placing your order. The system also has some other great features to assist clients during their shopping experience.
Some other exciting updates is that we will be doing a weekly blog post that will be sharing some great, tips tricks & advice on various subject matters. We will also be featuring a Monthly Guest Blogger to our site too, so watch this space, you won’t want to miss it!
